We hereby inform you that the merger of the company KONČAR - ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT Ltd., Prisoje 29A, 21232 Dicmo to the company KONČAR - SWITCHGEAR Ltd., Borongajska cesta 81c, 1000 Zagreb, Croatia has been registered in the Commercial Court in Zagreb, based on the Court decision reg. no. Tt-23/18753-2, dated 31.5.2023.

The company KONČAR - SWITCHGEAR Ltd. becomes the legal successor of the company KONČAR - ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT Ltd.

Following the mentioned merger, the company continues its business activities under the name KONČAR - SWITCHGEAR Ltd. for production. The company is legally represented by Željko Bago - President of the Management Board and Tvrtko Ćorić - Member of the Management Board.

Dear Partners,

Due to actual circumstances of epidemic and pandemic spread of COVID - 19, in accordance with the instructions of Croatian Govermnent , Croatian Institute of Public Health, and KONČAR Group Management, KONČAR - Switchgear Inc. takes the necessary measures to control the development of the situation and prevent the spread of the infection.

We inform all our business partners and associates that physical meetings are temporarily suspended until further notice, and other business activities are organized in such a manner to reduce the risk of contagion. In order to provide secure business processes, the contacts will be made by telephone and email whenever possible. At the factory site, all measures are taken in accordance with the recommendations of the competent institutions. Please, find detailed description attached.
